The company's specific provisions on the return, exchange and warranty of the products sold in accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations are as follows:

1. Customers who purchase goods from our company, in order to ensure your interests, please inspect the goods on the spot when you receive the goods. If you find that the goods are damaged in transit, you have the right to have the delivery personnel take the goods back for re-delivery or ask the post office to show them Proof, claim to the post office.

2. We only provide one free door-to-door return and exchange. Please contact us within a valid time after viewing all the goods, and please prepare the product and the delivery note for inspection.

3. If the return is due to the customer's own reasons (such as non-quality problems such as the introduction of the content and repeated orders before ordering), please contact the customer service center and go to our company to return the goods. Require:

4. If you find product quality problems after receiving the goods, you can call for return and exchange within 5 days from the receipt of the goods. 5. The goods you want to return must have original packaging, accessories, instructions for use, and warranty card; you should also have a receipt that can effectively prove that the goods were purchased from us.

6. The company reserves the right to reject the return and exchange requirements of customers in the following situations:

  (1) The request for return and exchange due to no delivery error found by the door-to-door customer. When you receive the goods, please carefully check and accept the goods in accordance with the delivery note. The goods are short, missing, dirty, or damaged. Please check on the spot and point out that the re-delivery is free and will not be accepted afterwards.

  (3) The returned goods are incomplete or the appearance is damaged.

  (4) The customer's invoice or invoice is missing or incomplete.

  (6) The customer requires that the goods be replaced with other goods.

  (7) The customer did not contact the customer service center in advance before coming to the door.

7. If a product quality problem occurs, we will return, exchange, repair and solve other problems arising from it in a friendly negotiation between the two parties; if the two parties cannot resolve it through negotiation, it can be handed over to the arbitration agency of the Quality Supervision Committee or The Consumer Rights Protection Association resolved.
